If your looking for a company with more than a 30 day replacement parts warranty this is NOT the company. I didn't learn I only had 30 days until a problem occurred. That's when the guy who I thought was a man of integrity showed who he really was. Everyone is happy and loves sunshine, but when the rain comes, can you stand the rain. This guy wants no parts of a rainy day. May 15th, 2019 my springs and cables were replaced by the owner. Sept 3rd, 2019, not even a full 4 mos it all went haywire. I had been trying to reach him all day to no avail. My wife comes in from work, and reaches him. He comes over and is met by my frantic wife, and tries to convince her to replace the entire door for well over $1000.00. She calls me and I tell her the doors are 14 years old, but need not be replaced at this time. Don't let this man convince you of otherwise. When i got home I then learned the owner charged my wife $260 to replace the springs that failed in less than 4 months, $285 I was originally charged. I was livid that he would do something like that after 4 months. I called him the next morning and asked why did he charge us again to replace what he did just 4 months prior. He immediately started double talking, went into high pressure salesmen mode and tried to convince me to replace the door, which was his ultimate goal. We went back and forth, as he's using different trade jargon to confuse me. The call ended in I only had a 30 day warranty, and if I had a problem with that or him, don't use him anymore. This conversation actually happened last Weds Sept 4, 2019, a day after he came and took full advantage of my unsuspecting wife. Had I been home and present that would've never happened. I gave him a full week to think about that conversation, and the absurdity of saying the springs we're only warrantied for 30 days, and he went on to say, the one's he replaced Sept 3rd, 2019 could last 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years. whatever the case he made it emphatically clear I only have a 30 day warranty. Which by the way is written clearly on the agreement, but your not paying attention to that fact, because your trusting the product will hold up, and certainly well over 30 days, in my case not even 4 mos. Again I gave him a full week to try to make this right before writing this poor review, I have not heard from him since our last conversation on the matter last Weds Sept 4th, 2019. I guess he thinks I'm just going to put my tail between my legs and whimper away quietly. This man has no integrity whatsoever. He's going to try to defend this with the doors need replacing, which is total lie. They just need springs that are reliable, and if they fail, one should not be charged for them not lasting 4 months. This guy will make nice, tap dance, smile, and grin when all goes well, soon as a problem presents itself, you'll get to meet who he really is. Stay away if more than a 30 day warranty is what your looking for. I trusted I was dealing with a reliable company, as the name suggests. Turns out this company is just the opposite....."Extremely Unreliable". DO NOT CALL/AND OR TEXT MY WIFE WITH THIS NONSENSE SIR, as you did last week after we spoke. If you do I will be filing harassment charges.
